Zambia’s Chipolopolo will round off their preparations for the World Cup qualifier against the Super Eagles in Ghana.
Chipolopolo of ZambiaBoth teams will clash October 7 in Uyo in the second leg of their World Cup qualifier with Nigeria aiming to win to qualify for Russia 2018, while a win for Zambia will turn the hands of the clock for the Super Eagles.
Football Association of Zambia President, Andrew Kamanga disclosed that the Chipolopolo will spend a week in Ghana before heading for Uyo for the decider.
“The players who have been playing COSAFA and CHAN willgo first for a two weeks training in Europe and then their colleagues will join them, then we will move into Ghana for a week then go into Nigeria and fight to win because we believe we have a chance to go to the World Cup,” FAZ president Kamanga said.
Super Eagles top the Group B table with 10 points, while Zambia has seven. Cameroon and Algeria are already out of reckoning.
